Any Protocol candidates that you hire are covered in a 3-month guarantee period, to show that we stand behind our record of successful hires.

3 Month Guarantee

Protocol provides a free replacement guarantee for the first three months from the date of commencement of the candidates employment, which means that when a candidate has commenced employment through the services of Protocol and if (other than by redundancy) that candidate's employment is terminated within three months of the commencement date, we will provide a replacement with 100% of the original fee being credited against the new invoice for the replacement.

Note that this guarantee is only valid if payment terms are met - that is that the invoice is paid within seven days after the candidate has commenced employment.

If the replacement is not required then the original fee is due and payable.
